Quotation and pricing conditions
You receive one quotation for the agreed works. There is no separate Radiant management fee or percentage on top of it.
Published starting price for a complete renovation: from €50,000 excl. IVA. Bathroom renovations from €4,900 + IVA for a small bathroom with standard finishes and the existing layout retained. The final quotation depends on dimensions, selected materials and installation condition.

Do you carry out the renovation or only manage it?
We deliver the renovation. Radiant is responsible for the works from agreed scope to handover, coordinating the specialist trades, subcontractors and qualified professionals involved.
Is the price fixed?
Your quotation is fixed for the agreed scope. Unforeseen structural work and changes you request are quoted separately in writing and only carried out after your approval.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the works. Many interior renovations follow a simpler notification route, while layout or structural changes need more. We confirm the likely route at the site assessment, and a qualified architect prepares the technical documents where required.
Can I renovate while living abroad?
Yes. You have one point of contact, regular photo and video updates and clear decisions to take, in English, Spanish, German or Dutch.
How long does a complete renovation take?
It depends on the size of the property, the permit route and the scope. We give you a schedule with your quotation.
