Foreign-buyer acquisition
For buyers who already found a property and want serious due diligence, pricing review, negotiation support, or full representation before signing.
From-abroad ownership
For owners who want a local operator in Barcelona handling the property, the access, the providers, the incidents, and the practical ground work.
What is not included unless stated
Third-party costs and external professional fees are not part of Radiant's fee unless explicitly agreed.

- Emergency call-out costs or third-party repair invoices unless covered in the plan
All listed Radiant fees are shown IVA included unless stated otherwise. For percentage-based tiers, the percentage refers to Radiant's management or representation fee (IVA included). Contractor invoices, permit charges, architect fees, and other third-party costs remain separate.
