Renovation management
For owners who want one accountable operator on their side during a renovation in Barcelona.
Buyer due diligence
For buyers who already found a property and want serious due diligence, pricing review, negotiation support, or full representation before signing.
Property management
For owners who need local support in Barcelona — key holding and access, inspections, maintenance coordination, community follow-up, incident handling, and owner-side local representation.
What is not included unless stated
Third-party costs and external professional fees are not part of Radiant's fee unless explicitly agreed.

- Notary, legal, banking, or tax adviser fees unless expressly included
- Emergency call-out costs or third-party repair invoices unless covered in the plan
All listed Radiant fees are shown IVA included unless stated otherwise. For percentage-based tiers, the percentage refers to Radiant's management or representation fee (IVA included). Contractor invoices, permit charges, architect fees, and other third-party costs remain separate.
