Why Radiant exists

One accountable operator, not fragmented advice

Foreign buyers and owners in Barcelona often end up dealing with fragmented advice, language gaps, unstructured contractors, missing documentation, and no single person carrying responsibility from start to finish. When something goes wrong, no one owns it.

That exposure is why Radiant exists. We built a local operating model around a simple idea: one team, one process, one accountable lead. We are not a marketplace, not a generic broker, and not a remote-only advisory brand — we are an on-the-ground Barcelona operations team for people who need one operator on their side.

Alexander leads the buyer-side work: reviewing documents before you sign, pressure-testing the price, and spotting the contract risks that catch foreign buyers off guard. He sits on the client's side of the table and represents your interests locally — from the nota simple to the arras and the notary.

Co-founder — Renovation & property operations

Reinier runs operations on the ground: feasibility, tendering, permit coordination, contractor management, and the weekly reporting that keeps a renovation under control from abroad. He is the named lead who carries a project from first site visit to handover, and the point of contact for owners who need management after closing.
