Quotation and pricing conditions
You receive one quotation for the agreed works. There is no separate Radiant management fee or percentage on top of it.
From €4,900 excluding IVA for a small bathroom with standard finishes and the existing layout retained. The final quotation depends on dimensions, selected materials and the condition of the installations.

It is an indicative starting price for a small bathroom with standard finishes and the existing layout retained. Your final quotation follows an assessment of the room and installations.
Can I change the bathroom layout?
Possibly. A layout change affects plumbing, drainage, scope and price, so we assess it separately rather than treating it as part of the starting-price example.
Are the sanitaryware and finishes included?
Only the items and specifications listed in your written quotation are included. This lets you see exactly which selections the price covers.
What happens if hidden installation problems are found?
We explain the issue and quote any additional work in writing. It is only carried out after your approval.
How long will the renovation take?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, material availability and the condition of the installations. Your quotation includes the proposed schedule.
