What we do

How referrals work
- You submit a referral with the client and the opportunity.
- We reply within one business day with scope, timeline, and fee.
- The client contracts directly with Radiant.
- You receive structured updates and the agreed referral fee.

Fees are confirmed in writing per referral and paid after the client completes the engagement. Reciprocal or no-fee arrangements are available where regulation requires.
