Terms of Use
These terms govern how you use the Radiant Estates website, along with the enquiry, consultation, referral, and downloadable-resource interactions offered through it. The site is operated by Radiant Estates S.L., your use of it is subject to these terms, and separate service agreements apply if you formally engage us. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.

1. Who operates the site
This website is operated by:
- Radiant Estates S.L.
- Ausias March 14
- 08010 Barcelona
- Email: hola@radiantestates.es
Company registration details (Spanish tax number / NIF and any Registro Mercantil entry) will be completed here once confirmed, so that the legal notice is accurate. We have not inserted registration numbers we cannot verify.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms apply when you:
- Browse the website
- Use our contact and consultation forms
- Download guides, checklists, or other resources
- Submit a partner referral
- Request partner information or the partner brief
- Read our service descriptions, pricing, and case studies
Using the website does not by itself create a service engagement. It simply means you agree to use the site on the basis set out here.
3. No automatic client relationship
The content on this site is general information about Radiant Estates, our services, and our experience. It is there to help you understand what we do and whether we might be a good fit.
Sending us an enquiry, request, or referral does not automatically make you a client. A professional engagement begins only once we confirm we can take the matter on and the relevant service terms are agreed in writing. Until then, no obligation to act on your behalf exists.
4. Service information and fit
Service descriptions, pricing examples, case studies, guides, and checklists are provided for general information. They illustrate how we work — they are not a fixed promise about your specific situation.
The right scope for any engagement depends on the actual property, the documents involved, the timing, and your needs. We assess each request on its merits, and if a matter is not the right fit, we may say so directly and refer you elsewhere.
5. Accuracy and completeness
We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date. Even so, content can change, and legal, regulatory, permit, and market information can evolve over time.
For that reason, please don’t rely on website content alone for transaction-critical decisions. For anything that affects a purchase, renovation, or ownership decision, speak to us — or an appropriate professional — about your specific circumstances.
6. No legal, tax, or financial advice
Unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise in a formal engagement, website content is not:
- legal advice
- tax advice
- financial or investment advice
Where relevant, we may coordinate with lawyers, tax advisers, architects, or other specialists as part of an engagement. Those services are separate from the general information on this website and are subject to their own terms.
7. Pricing and fees
Where we publish pricing on this site:
- Published prices indicate our current fee structure unless stated otherwise.
- The final scope and fee may depend on the actual project or property.
- Third-party costs are separate unless we expressly include them.
- Partner, contractor, notary, legal, tax, permit, and municipal fees sit outside our own fees unless expressly stated.
We confirm the applicable scope and fee in writing before any paid work begins.
8. Third-party links and services
The site may link to external websites and services, such as:
- LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Google Maps and directions
- External resources we reference
- Partner or supplier references, where relevant
We provide these links for convenience. We don’t control third-party websites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Their use is subject to their own terms.
9. Intellectual property
The content on this website — including copy, branding, design elements, and materials — is owned by Radiant Estates or used with permission, unless stated otherwise.
You may:
- view the content
- use it for personal, informational purposes
You may not, without our permission:
- reproduce or republish the content
- reuse it commercially
- copy substantial parts of it
10. Acceptable use
When using this site, please do not:
- misuse the site or interfere with how it works
- submit false, misleading, or abusive content
- use the site for any unlawful purpose
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data
11. Your submissions
When you send us information through the site — enquiries, notes, uploaded documents, or referrals — you are responsible for what you submit. Please:
- only submit information you are allowed to share
- submit partner referrals only where it is appropriate and lawful to do so
We may decline to process submissions that are incomplete, irrelevant, inappropriate, or abusive. How we handle the personal data you submit is set out in our privacy policy.
12. Guides and downloadable resources
Guides and checklists we offer for download are informational only. They are a helpful starting point — not a substitute for property-specific due diligence or professional advice.
Downloading a resource does not create a client relationship. Where we send newsletters or updates, consent for those is handled separately, as described in our privacy policy.
13. Partner referrals
If you take part in our partner referral programme:
- referral submissions are subject to review
- any referral fee arrangements are subject to the programme terms and qualifying conditions
- submitting a referral does not guarantee acceptance, conversion, or payment
- we may decline or reject referred matters at our discretion
14. Limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for losses arising purely from general reliance on website information, as opposed to advice given under a formal engagement.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for fraud or for anything that mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.
15. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or remove the website or parts of it from time to time. Content, pricing, and service descriptions may evolve as our services and the market change. We aren’t obliged to keep any particular content available.
16. Governing law
These terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws of Spain, unless mandatory consumer law that applies to you requires otherwise. Subject to any such mandatory rights, the courts of Barcelona, Spain, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
17. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact us at hola@radiantestates.es. See also our privacy policy.
